Lake Charlevoix Beach, golf tennis and downtown. No smoking/pets. IN
ADDITION: A Carriager House is available as "overflow" if needed.

The main house is a Ranch. It has a mud room, a washer and dryer.
The Depot Beach is wonderful for families, as well as adults.
Pillows, blanket, sheets, and towels are furnished. A starter supply
of paper products is supplies. Kitchen silver, plates and cooking
utensils are supplied.

and usually some kind of craft or art show is going on in town.
There is always something to do. There are also many restaurants in
the area that are worth trying.
vacation rental rates
Rates: $1600.00 per wk. Deposit 50% of rental due one week of signing
contract for rental. Balance due upon arrival of week/weeks you plan
to rent.
