This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Palm Springs, very
close to shopping and highway 111, casinos and golf.
Brand new plush carpet, 18 inch porceline tile, and fresh paint.
The property is very large and spacious,over 1400 square feet, inside
laundry, large kitchen with lots of counter space,family room with
cathedral ceilings.
A cozy fireplace, large master with a Cal King Bed and
full bathroom with separate shower and tub,second room has two twin
beds, third room has a queen sized bed,we also have a crib and
changing table for those with children.
Living room has a queen sofa, and a twin pull pull out bed.
Central air and heat, two water fountains, one fountain is located in
the back off the master, and the other fountain is a tropical
waterfall fountain, we have 3 patio areas with patio furniture.

across from the vons shopping center and Target is only minutes away.
A brand new super walmart just opened down street off of Ramon,a very
close location, also, we are only minutes away from downtown highway
111.
The Pool is gated, and has a large heated pool and spa, or hot tub,
very nice location from our condo, just steps away, so you don't have
to walk very far.Golf course is right across the way.
