This is Beautiful! We're here on vacation in St Pete Beach

The photo above is looking at the park/dock a block from the condo.
Over the bridge and you're at the white sand beach of the Gulf of
Mexico. All new tile throughout, all new bathroom, new fully
equipped kitchen for cooking, fully equipped w/ micro, self clean
oven, coffee maker, toaster, Stnl Stl appliances, dishwasher,
granite counter tops. 2nd floor. Master bedroom has a new
queensize, 2nd bdrm 2 twin beds. Pullout couch in living room will
sleep two. Large dining area. Cable TV. Quiet all around due to
hurricane impact windows. New pool, heated. Tennis, boat ramp,
docks across the street. One block to park/swings/dock, and 7 min
walk to white sandy beach of Gulf of Mexico. Trolley stops in front
of condo. 60+ restaurants, 2 Walgreens, 1 CVS, charter fishing,
bait stores, clothing stores, shell shops and more within five
minutes drive (or trolley). Sister condo 2/1 next door has same amenities.

A pleasant short walk to the gorgeous semi-private and very wide
Gulf beach. On the way you'll pass wave runner rentals, restaurants
overlooking the bay and marinas. A block away is a lovely park very
well suited for children. Adjacent is a fishing dock. Across the
street are tennis courts, ball field and boat ramps and docks.

The Gulf Beaches from Pass A Grille to Clearwater Beach (all
available on the Trolley ride) offer a wonderful selection of
activities including miniature golf, deep sea fishing, scuba diving,
shelling, dolphin watching, sunset sailing rides, wave runners,
speed boat rentals and a complete assortment of shops for the nick
nack /art connoisseur, coin collector, ice cream lover and all the
things you'd expect at the Beach. Nearby is Sunken Gardens
(botanical delight), The Pier, Major League Baseball Suncoast Seabird Santuary and of course Tampa offers famous Busch Gardens, Pro football, Hockey and
Adventure Island water park. Tampa Airport and St. Pete/Clearwater
Airports are 30 minutes away. One hour to Mote marine Lab/Aquarium. Less than 2 hours away are Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, Universal Studios Park, Cypress Gardens, Weeki Wachee Springs and a little farther to Kennedy Space Center.

Add 12% Florida Sales and Tourist Tax if staying less than 6
months.
Reservation Deposit and Cancellation: A $300. deposit is required
to secure the reservation. It will be refunded if the reservation
is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Payment for the full rental
must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
In order to insure cleanliness and complete supplies, a cleaning fee
of $95. is charged.
Security Deposit: The $300. that is sent as a reservation deposit
will become the security deposit if the rental is confirmed and
paid. It will be returned within a week after the tenants leave
providing there is no damage or theft to the unit or property or
exessive cleaning is needed.
Occupancy: This condo may be occupied by no more than 6 persons.
Exceeding this number violates State Law and occupants will be
removed and forfeit any monies paid. No student groups are
permitted. Students unaccompanied by a parent will not be permitted
to register.
Supplies: The condo is equipped for your enjoyment with cable TV,
kitchen supplies for everyday cooking and a starter supply of bath
soap and toilet tissue. The towel supply is ample, but please bring
your own beach towels. There are two laundry rooms on the premises.
