Headlands and is part of what is referred to as the "Gold Coast",
the "California Riviera", the �OC�. With Laguna Beach to the north
and San Clemente to the south, this is the ideal location for your
Southern Califonia visit. You are central to all of Southern

CASA MAR (Ocean House) ~ We spent most of 2006 performing an
extensive remodel of this condo. EVERYTHING IS NEW!!! This unit has

dryers. We've also added features not found in the standard

double pane windows (quiet, constant temperature), ceiling fans
(better air circulation), dimmable recessed lighting, custom
bathrooms (no fiberglass tubs), granite countertops, stainless
appliances. Also included are beach chairs, over sized beach towels,
beach umbrella, portable cooler and Boogey boards.No mismatched
furniture or castoffs from home, this unit is top quality! One of
the best beach vacation rentals in the market! Better than the
pictures show..........

The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms have all had a complete
makeover, which includes new cabinets, granite counter tops, and new
appliances. The dining area will comfortably seat six guests and the
kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare a meal.
The master and guest suite have been tastefully decorated and can
satisfy any length of stay. The master bedroom has a king-size bed,
TV with a DVD player. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, full
size chest of drawers, nightstand, full length mirror, and new
bedding. Both the shower and tub are new with new tile and frameless
shower doors.
In addition to the bedrooms there's also a queen size fold out
couch. The unit also has a stackable washer and dryer to take care
of your laundry needs. The unit also has a new Gas BBQ grill
available on the private patio

course overlooking the ocean, jog on the beach, snorkeling/diving,
surfing, boogie boarding,(Summer Surfing & Lifeguard Camps for
