And welcome to my privately owned LUXURY 1Br 1Ba CONDOMINIUM SUITE on
the 10th floor of a beautiful 23 story high-rise secure building in
the heart of Waikiki with gorgeous views of golf course, Ala Wai Canal
and Koolau Mountain range from every window and two balconies.
This tropical themed condo has just been completely renovated with
personal touch to make you feel right at home. Custom design features
new cabinetry, granite counter tops and porcelain tile throughout, new
stainless steel fixtures in the kitchen and brushed nickel finishes in
the bathroom, laminate floors installed in the living room and the
bedroom. In addition unit has been painted and accented with updated
living room and bedroom furniture and wall art.
The place is CLEAN and quiet, has the most efficient floor plan and
can easily accommodate up to 4 people.
The BEDROOM consists of two twin-size beds which could be put together
or spread apart for your convenience, a wall-to-wall mirrored door
closet, a dresser and two night stands. A queen size sofa-bed in the
LIVING ROOM can be easily unfolded for additional sleeping space. A
brand new LCD TV with DVD player stands on a roll-away cart which can
be facing bedroom or living room for viewing convenience.
There are two window AC units in the living room and bedroom.
All bed linens, bathroom and beach towels and beach gear are provided
for the guests.
A completely separate fully equipped KITCHEN with a big window
contains a large size refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic
top electric stove, built-in microwave, coffee maker, bread toaster,
rice cooker, electric kettle and blender.
All cooking utensils, cups, dishes, pots and pans are provided in the
unit.
The palm tree theme BATHROOM consists of a standard size tub and
shower combo opposite to His and Hers double sink. Bathroom has double
entrance from the bedroom and the living room as well as the inside
door dividing the bathroom and therefore providing for more privacy -
valuable feature for larger families. For your safety the bathroom is
equipped with shower grab bar.
The bathroom also boasts a brand new large size WASHER/DRYER.
BUILDING is conveniently located in the very heart of Waikiki at 444
Nahua st. which is half a block away from International Market Place
and bus lines, less than 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach and just steps
to all main attractions, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and
Starbucks coffee shop, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium and the famous
Ala Moana Shopping Center is also near by.
From the roof top you can enjoy Friday night fireworks from Hilton
Hawaiian Village.
