Twin Palms is one of the Newest Condominium Facilities in the area, and is located directly on the  
beach near the intersection of Front Beach Rd and Thomas Dr. You will be within walking distance to  
many inviting areas such as the Shops & Restaurants. 
 
This Beach Front Property is accented with an indoor hot tub, a Steam Room, a Sauna, a small Private  
Gym, Seasonally Heated Pool, and covered Parking within the building (not across the street). .  
There is plenty of Beach frontage, two private walkovers with showers, and relaxing lush tropical  
landscaping. This resort has less than 90 units, so you will have more beach to yourself. 
You will be high enough to escape from reality, yet close to everything. 
 
This is a "no smoking" unit which will sleep four to six people. The Master Bedroom has a King Size  
Bed. , and there is a King-size Sleeper Sofa in the den. There are TV's, DVD Players, a VCR and a CD- 
capable Stereo, and Broadband Internet Capability. The Full Kitchen is equipped with  
Appliances...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There are Linens, Towels, and a private  
Washer / Dryer for your convenience. 
 
The balcony is equipped with chairs for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete  
with both a breathtaking View of the Gulf and the Sounds of the Waves breaking on the Beach. The den  
faces the ocean, so you will never be without a great view.
