pans, dishes & glasses. The home has a washer & dryer, vac, & pellet
grill with pellets.
The Master bedroom has a qween pillowtop bed, fireplace, seperate
shower & soaker tub, duel vanities & private water closet.
The great room has a fireplace, two sleeper sofas with surround
sound 62" HD big screen TV with Direct TV full programming with all
the premium movie channels & premium sports packaging.
The second bedroom has a qween pillowtop bed with chest of drawers
made of pine logs.
The third bedroom has a unique qween bunkbed made of pine logs &
sleeps 4 adults or a whole lot of kids.
The fourth bedroom has a nice pine bedroom set with a queen
pillowtop sleeper and a private entrance into the community bathroom.

May & Sept-Oct. Week day rates $150.00 Week end rates $175.00.
2. Nightly rates Starting at $175.00 for peak season Nov-Mar & June-
Aug. Week Day rates $175.00 with Week end rates at $200.00.
3. Holiday rates at $225.00 per night. (Christmas, Newyears, 4 of
July, Labor Day, Memorial Day & Winte Carnival)
4. There is a minimum stay of 2 days for regular stayes & 3 days for
Holidays. $500.00 Refundable Damage deposit & up to $100.00 cleaning
deposit that is subject to condition upon vacate condition.
