- 5 minute walk to Donner Lake
- 5 minute drive to Old Town Truckee
- 30 minutes to the North shore of Lake Tahoe
- 30 minutes to Reno

- World-class ski resorts are within a 15-minute drive: 
  Squaw Valley, Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Donner
  Ski Ranch, and Boreal.

- Minutes from World Class white water rafting or just float down 
the Truckee River with friends and cold beverages.

- One of the most popular activities of the area is hiking or 
mountain biking on the numerous trails that wind their way 
throughout the community and into the pristine Euer Valley. No 
motorized vehicles are permitted on these trails.

- For the golf enthusiast, Tahoe Donner features a challenging 6917-
yard Championship Golf Course. Towering pines surround this 
beautifully maintained 200-acre course.  Also within 5 minutes is 
Coyote Moon, another Championship quality 18 hole golf course, 
maticulously maintained.  This course will be sure to test every 
club in your bag.  Make sure to bring plenty of balls if you wish to 
test your game on this bear of a course.
