Stream to the West, Woods to the North, Hill to the East and a Large
Yard to the South.

     The house had the Largest Still in the North East
prior to the bust in 1950,

     The house has 4-bedrooms, 2-baths, Living Room, Dining Room and Eat
in Kitchen, Fire Place, Outdoor Grill. Everything you need is provided
Cable TV, Wireless High Speed Internet Access, I-pod Stereo, DVD Player, VCR, Wahser & Dryer, Linens, Towels, Plates, Dishes, Coffee Maker, Microwave etc.

     When you arrive everything is ready, the beds are prepped and all linnens are set out for you just to come and relax, all you need bring is food and drink.

     We are located 13 miles from Woodstock, 24 miles to Belleayre Ski Center and 28 to Hunter.  The house is located in the town of West Shokan.

      Guests can use the Town Pool and visit Recreation for kids at
Davis Park one mile from the house.  Swim or fish in the local streams. We are nestled behind the Ashokan Reservoir where you can run or
cycle over the dam and spill way area just 8 miles from the house.

     The cliff view from Little Mountain is a 1/4 mile hike up the mountain for a spectacular view of the Reservoir.  We are 1-mile from a small local store & post office for coffee, food and papers. Boiceville a 5-mile drive, where everything else is available Grocery Store, Drug Store, Movie Rentals, Chinese Food &
Gas.

Great area for Skiing, Cycling, Hiking, Motorcycling, Fishing, Tubing or
Kayaking down the Esopus Creek. There are a number of Natural Swimming
Holes in some of the local streams just a few miles from the house.
