Finally a condo at North Coast Village that is clean and well 
maintained, that you can afford!  This one bedroom, one bath condo has 
brand new linens, new pillow top king bed, window, and sliding door 
and is waiting for your stay. In December 2009 the condo will also be 
upgraded with scraped ceilings, ceiling fans, new paint, new carpet, 
and larger TVs. 
 
Beach front living with a quiet garden view. 
 
Enjoy your visit to the southern California coast here where you are 
just a few hundred steps to the sand through our gated entry, and even 
fewer to the heated pool and spa.  When you need to rest up for the 
next outing, relax comfortable on one of the leather sofas and watch 
some cable TV or take a nap in the relaxing queen bed.  If you visit 
in winter, you can even cozy up in front of the gas fireplace.  If 
not, you'll enjoy relaxing in at the bar height table on our private 
garden view balcony. 
 
Everything you need is provided for - bring your cell phone, swimsuit, 
and sunscreen, and get away for a weekend, week, or the whole season
