New, custom-built cedar home with southern exposure and fantastic views of the mountains and
sunsets. Located in Bartlett, NH, just over the N. Conway line so it's close to all the Mt
Washington Valley attractions and shopping but away from the crowds. Great get-away spot.
After a day of hiking, skiing, touring or shopping, enjoy spectacular and peaceful views of the
sunset over the mountains. Breakfast or dine out on the open deck or inside in front of a warm fire,
but with 3 large French doors and plenty of windows to enjoy the same views.
Vacation Rental Amenities
--Sun-filled, open floor plan with loft and cathedral ceiling.
--Full length south facing deck looking out over the mountains.
--No neighbors on either side. Woods in back.
--Pine, tongue-in-groove walls, gas stove on stone hearth, oak floors downstairs, carpeted bedrooms.
--3 bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms. Jet tub in master bath, 1 queen bed, 1 full size, 1 bedroom has 3
single beds. There are also 2 sofas.
--New construction means all new appliances in the kitchen – fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher.
--Small appliances, dishes and cooking utensils included.
--Equipped with cable TV and DVD, VCR.
--Basement has a washer/dryer
--We provide blankets and pillows.
--No pets or smoking.
Activities and Attractions
This is a great 4-season vacation spot.
There are all kinds of outdoor activities – almost limitless hiking and nature trails,
plus golf and fishing. Mount Washington, Kancamagus Highway, Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake State Forest
are all nearby. Discount Outlet shopping in North Conway is down the road.
In the Fall, leaf-peep from the deck, dawn to dusk. The house is nestled into a beechwood hillside
which turns yellow and gold. From the deck, watch the colors evolve from the Attitach area, across
the moats,and southerly towards Chicora, while migratory flocks pass by.
In winter, you have skiing at a choice of resorts. You can almost walk to Mt Cranmore, while
Attitash, Wild Cat, Loon, and others are a short drive. There is also skating, tubing, ice fishing,
snowmobiling. For the kids, almost around the corner are Story Land, Conway Scenic Rail Road, a mini-
railroad, driving range, and a huge park/playground with skating in the winter."The Polar Express"
runs for the kids in December.
Vacation Rental Rates
Fall and Ski season rentals will be Friday to Friday for weekly stays and weekend stays will be
Friday and Saturday with a 2 night minimum, with additional days available.
