decorated and comfortably furnished mid-building, Gulf Front, Non-
Smoking condo affords easy access to golf courses, shops, restaurants
and other entertainment. Sorry, no pets allowed.

This newly decorated, direct gulf front, one bedroom, one bath condo
has a fully equipped kitchen with smooth top stove and dishwasher. 
We've just installed brand new windows and sliding doors, as well.
Your vacation home comes complete with linens, towels, even Beach
Towels.  There's a color TV with DVD/VCR and AM/FM Radio with CD
player.  You'll find an ironing board, iron and a hair dryer.  The sound
of the surf will lull you to sleep in your true king size bed.  And WOW,
what a gorgeous view; watch the spectacular Sunsets from your balcony 
and it overlooks the pool, too.  This is the perfect place to start your Florida vacation.  Enjoy the White Sandy Beaches, watch the birds and dolphins play from your balcony or you can hang out by the heated, Olympic size swimming pool. Like tennis?  Then try one of our 4 CLAY courts.  Shuffleboard more your speed?  We have 2 courts.  Want to bring your laptop to keep in touch?  No problem, we have WiFi (Wireless Internet) available.

For your convenience, coin-operated washers & dryers are located on
the ground floor of each of the 3 buildings.

Fish Tale Marina is across the street and offers boat rentals,
charters, dinner and sightseeing cruises. Is golf your game? There
are numerous golf courses in the area. Miniature golf, too. Feeling
more adventurous...you can find parasailing, water skiing, jet skiing
just a short walk down the beach. There's even deep-sea fishing, as
well. When you're ready for a meal you can take your choice of our
many fine restaurants nearby or grill up your favorite fare on one of
our two community gas grills. Downtown Ft. Myers Beach is just a
trolley ride away with shopping, a public beach and more restaurants.

So, come to EBT and make your footprints in the sand on Ft. Myers
Beach.
