Vacation Rental Description

Our condo features resort amenities at a fraction of the price in the 
beautiful foothills of the south valley in Phoenix.  This quiet 
location on a serene lake is close to everything!  Restaurants, 
shopping, recreation, entertainment and services.  

It's a one bedroom and sleeps up to 4 with the sofa-sleeper.  It 
features beautiful southwestern décor that lends the perfect 
setting to your Arizona vacation.  You'll truly appreciate the large 
bath complete with linens; queen pillow-top bed and southwestern 
bedding in the bedroom; fully equipped kitchen, laundry, cable TV 
and internet access, telephone, and fabulous lake views from your 
private patio.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are two beautiful pools in the community.  And, you are just 
steps away from both of them, but won't even know they are there 
until you want them!  Nearby is the fully-equipped fitness center.  
There's a grilling and picnic ramada only steps from your patio and 
right on the lake, too!

You'll enjoy easy access to freeways, and you're only minutes from 
Sky Harbor International Airport, Arizona State University, Rawhide 
Western Town, Old Town Scottsdale and scores of other Arizona events 
and attractions.  

Activities and Attractions

You are just around the corner from the Foothills Golf Club, a 
beautiful professionally designed, par 72 public golf course.  Just 
up the road you'll find a trailhead to South Mountain Park and 
Preserve.  South Mountain is the largest municipal park in the world 
at nearly 17,000 acres.  It features a spectacular scenic drive, 
trail rides, hiking, mountain biking, picnic and barbecue ramadas.  

There's fun in all directions!  The nearby Gila (pronounced "Hee-
Lah") River Indian Community offers two enticing golf courses, an 
arts and crafts center, the 1880's western town "Rawhide at Wild 
Horse Pass", an equestrian center, the HuHuGam Cultural Center, 
Firebird International Raceway, The Bob Bondurant School of High-
Performance Driving, and your choice of three casinos.

And, that's just nearby!  Because you have easy freeway access, 
you're only minutes away from all of the attractions of the Phoenix 
area, and Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson and Tombstone are great day-
trips, too!    

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates range from $115 to $145 per night plus a refundable security 
deposit and non-refundable cleaning fee.

Our current rates are:
* June through September:  $115/night for 2, minimum stay 3 nights. $25/person/night for up to 2 
additional guests.  The weekly rate is $700, 2-wks $1400, 3-wks $1700, monthly $2000. 

* October through May:  $145/night for 2, minimum stay 3 nights. $900/week, 2-wks $1700, 3-wks 
$2100, monthly $2400.


All fees and deposits are due ten (10) days after booking.  Please 
call or e-mail for details.  Certain cancellation restrictions 
apply.  Our rates are seasonal and may change without notice.      

We'll invoice you on-line so you can complete your arrangements 
quickly.  You may use your credit card or PayPal account, if you have 
one.  It's secure, convenient, and there's no cost to you for the 
service.  NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED when you use your credit card 
on the invoice.

This is a smoke-free property.  No pets, please.
