community, Masthope Mountain Community. House is on a double lot surrounded by woods. First floor
has open layout; kitchen with large table, 2 counter stools, brand new appliances, sitting area with
sofa and wood burning stove, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Second floor has a large master bedroom with king
size bed, bathroom, and loft with 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), love seat, TV, VCR, DVD. Finished
basement with washer/dryer. Newly redone wrap around deck, partially covered, with patio furniture
and brand new charcoal grill. Swing set in yard. Extremely large, paved driveway....perfect for
roller skating and sidewalk chalk! Basketball net in driveway (bring your own ball).
Home of Ski Big Bear which offers 18 trails, on -site rentals, 5 lifts, snow sports school, sow
tubing, snow making, cross-country skiing, and ATVs permitted.
All amenities (pool, lake, boating, petting zoo) are free of charge. Trail rides are $20, pony rides
$5, arena rides free.
25% discount on ski lift tickets. Tennis, basketball, handball courts next to pool!
New lodge has bar/pizzeria, restaurant with plasma TVs, entertainment (when scheduled), food court,
fireplace, pool tables, ping pong and game room. There are many scheduled adult and family events.

Country General Store sells basic groceries, deli meats and sandwiches, hardware supplies, coffee,
bakery items, soups.
Swimming, boating, water sports, fishing in 250 acre lake with beach. Complimentary canoes, row
boats, and paddle boats. Waterfront cafe, picnic tables, playground, volleyball, and boat slip.
Olympic size pool with water slides, diving board, swim lessons, kiddie pool, lifeguards, pool side
bar/restaurant, playground.
Fitness center with classes. Massages available for a fee.
Tennis courts, handball/paddleball, basketball, bocce ball, shuffle board, hiking, biking, community

• Masthope Mountain Community Guest Registration Fee (per rental) – allows the use of all
Amenities (pool, discount lift tickets, stables, beach, etc.): $25 up to 3 nights, $50 4 – 7 nights,
$75 8 – 30 nights, $125 30 – 90 nights – there is a refundable $25 deposit for the Amenity Passes
that will be refunded when Passes are returned
