This large three bedroom condo is located right on the ocean and offers unparalleled ocean and
intercoastal views from the inside and from the three private balconies.  Sunsets views are
terrific!  The condo is a corner unit located on the eighth floor. The furnishings are newer and
very tasteful as well as comfortable.  The living/dining area is a very large L-shaped room with
four sliding glass doors opening to two balconies.  The room offers two separate seating areas in
addition to the dining area.  The dining area has a bar. 

The kitchen is completely renovated with new cabinets and granite countertops.  It has a breakfast
bar with two stools which opens to the living room.  A washer and dryer are located in the unit for
your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and television.  It has a sliding glass
door that leads out to the third private balcony.  The newly renovated master bath has double sinks
and a very large jetted tub/shower.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, television and a sliding glass door that opens to the
third balcony.

Third bedroom has twin beds.  There is also a queen sleeper sofa available in the living
room.

The condo is well supplied with kitchen utensils as well as all linens. 

Walk right in and enjoy a wonderful vacation in a gorgeous setting.  Leave all of your stress at
the front door.  Someone has said that the ocean is God's tranqualizer and we have found this to be
true.  We know you will love this condo as much as we do.

Seascape Towers is an upscale building offering many amenities.  The large beautiful pool area
offers a hot tub, dozens of lounge chairs and two covered areas.  There is a barbeque area right off
the pool area.  A few steps takes you up to the ocean deck with shuffleboard and more lounge chairs
overlooking the ocean.
A few more steps down from the ocean deck you are on the beach. Our beach is a non-driving beach,
and is uncrowded.
Secured wireless internet access is available in the lobby and pool areas.
Covered parking is available under the building.
Two tennis courts are also available.
For those infrequent rainy days there are an indoor shuffleboard and ping pong table.

New Smyrna Beach has many good restaurants and shops.  The Kennedy Space Center and Orlando
attractions, including Walt Disney World, are a short drive away.  A national seashore park is 2
miles south.  Daytona Beach is just north of New Smyrna Beach.

vacation rental rates

The condo rents for $1550 weekly. Weekly Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.  Multiple week rates are
available on request.  A 10% discount is available September through December.

Monthly Rates vary depending on time of year.
Jun-Aug - $6100 Monthly
Sep-May - $3000 Monthly ($2800 Monthly for 2-3 Months, $2600 Monthly/4-5 Months)
There is an $85.00 Cleaning Fee and 12.5% Florida State Resort Taxes in addition to the rental
rates.  A deposit of $400 is required.  There is a 90 day cancellation policy.
