3 plus bedrooms with king size beds in 3 and queen in extra room.  This

dine overlooking the ocean, swim in the 20x40 pool looking at the
ocean.  This house has everything - WIRELESS INTERNET, unlimited
domestic long distance, state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen (thermador 5
star cooktop, wine cooler, ice machine, warming drawer, 2 sets of
washer/dryers - all brand new).  Marble and granite are throughout
this entire house.  
Take in a movie in the Home Theatre with 42" plasma and directv. 
There are 5 flat screen televisions throughout this house - all with

All bedrooms are "Master" Quality.  Each has its own private bathroom

The master level is the entire 3rd. floor with HIS and HER bathrooms.
 HIS with a steam shower and HERS with a whirlpool spa, bidet and huge
shower.  A beautiful King Size Sleigh Bed ends each perfect day.

Kitchen area or just take in the view from the glass room of the

There is an additional oceanfront bedroom that leads directly onto 
the balcony/porch area decorated with a King Size Bed with Tommy
Bahama decor and of course, its own private bathroom.
The third bedroom has a king size bed also with its own private
bathroom and balcony.  We have additional queen bed with 1/2 bath and
trundle available for extra guests.
This property is totally private with its own deep water marina -
fish, dive, snorkel directly in front of this house.  Bring your boat
or rent one - there's plenty of dock spaces.

Vacation Rental Rates

December - April  
Weekly in Season - $5,200.00-$6500.00/wk. (for maximum of 6-8 guests)
Monthly - $15,500.00/month

Off Season Specials from $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 - please inquire
Prices are subject to change prior to reservation confirmation
Cleaning Fee - $250.00
State and Bed taxes additional - currently 11 1/2%
Security deposit of $1,000.00 will hold your reservation.  If you
cancel 30 days prior to arrival, we will return 50%of the security
deposit. 
Cancellation after 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire
security deposit.  Deposit will be returned after departure
inspection.  Payment in full required 2 weeks prior to arrival unless
other arrangements have been accepted.
