trundle available for extra guests.
This property is totally private with its own deep water marina -
fish, dive, snorkel directly in front of this house. Bring your boat
or rent one - there's plenty of dock spaces.  We have 2 KAYAKS provided at the convenience launch right on property just steps in front of the house.

Cleaning Fee - $325.00
State and Bed taxes additional - currently 12 1/2%
Security deposit of $500.00-$1,000.00 will hold your reservation. If you
cancel 30 days prior to arrival, we will return 50%of the security
deposit.
Cancellation after 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire
security deposit. Deposit will be returned after departure
inspection. Payment in full required 30 DAYS prior to arrival unless
other arrangements have been accepted.
