Nov. 16 to Dec 15        - $215/night or $1,400/week 
Dec 15 to Dec 31         - $2,500/week only 
 
2009 Rates: 
January 01 to January 05 - $2,500/ week only 
January 06 to April 30   - $235/night or $1,625/week 
May 01 to November 15    - $190/night or $1,325/week 
November 16 to December 15 - $235/night or $1,625 week 
 
4 night minimum on all reservations. Holiday minimum is 1 week. 12% Booking fee applies to all  
reservations. Includes daily maid service, bottle water deliver and local cell phone.
