the center of the building, great views of the boardwalk and ocean. 
This completely renovated unit welcomes you to 2 bedrooms, 2 full 
bathrooms, bunkbeds in guest bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with 
new stainless steel appliances,Cable TV with VCR,DVD,Stereo in 
living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom and living room 
overlook the ocean at the center of the building over the boardwalk. 
You can walk out onto an ocean front balcony furnished with tables 
and chairs...with a breathtaking view! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

A private beach with private access, heated pool, tennis courts, 
sauna, shuffle board court, Barbeque Grills with tables and 
chairs,A/C, washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, cooking utensils, 
linens provided, coffee and expresso maker, toaster, blender, Non-
Smoking, TV/DVD/VCR/STEREO in living room, guest bedroom and master 
bedroom, board games and movies. Nintendo for the kids and a baby 
crib.  Guest bedroom has bunkbeds.

Activities and Attractions

The treasure coast is known for its beautiful, unspoiled beaches and 
Hutchinson Island is one of the most impressive.  With both the 
Atlantic Ocean and the huge bay that forms part of the Intracoastal 
Waterway, you’ll find every water activity from snorkeling to 
sailing to shelling to surfing here.  You can try jet skiing, fish 
right on the beach or just relax in the sunshine.
The area features more than 60 golf courses within an hour drive.
The Indian River area is also one of the finest saltwater fly 
fishing destinations in the world. Plus, banning of commercial 
netting in the inshore waters gives you the chance to catch the big 
one. 
Enjoy bass fishing at Lake Okeechobee, rated one of the best bass 
lakes in the country.
Great surf fishing for Bluefish, Pompano, Whiting, and Spanish will 
keep you on the beach during the winter months. Rivers and bridges 
will have all of the above plus Trout, Reds, Snook and more.
Enjoy area restaurants, nightclubs and shopping – from small beach 
shops to three major shopping malls within a half hour drive.
Visit local museums and other tourist attractions, including the 
Navy Seal Museum, the Elliot Museum, the Manatee Observation Area, 
Bathtub Beach/Reef, and Ft. Pierce Jai Alai.
Island Village is about a half hour drive from the LA Dodgers (Vero 
Beach) and NY Mets (St. Lucie West) Spring Training Camps. Minor 
league affiliates of both teams also play a full season.
Disneyworld and other Orlando attractions are approximately 2 hours 
away.
