Vacation Rental Description

     This new Spanish Mediterranean home is located in Montecito, a resort community ten minutes 
from Santa Barbara's beaches, parks and downtown.  It offers panoramic views of the ocean, islands 
and mountains.  This sunny and peaceful retreat is on a full, private acre (above the fog and 
freeway noise of the lower village).  It offers a spaceous 3,000 sq. feet with four bedrooms, three 
bathrooms, a family room, formal dining room and two car garage.  Featured are three gas fireplaces, 
hardwood floors and imported European tile.  For your enjoyment, the yard has a jacuzzi and brick 
barbeque overlooking the breathtaking views.  

     A mahogany and stained glass entry door opens into a large sunken living room with hardwood 
floors and a marble fireplace.  The dining and family rooms have hardwood floors, a Spanish 
fireplace and open through french doors onto a view patio.  The fully furnished gourmet kitchen 
features granite counters and new appliances.  The elegant master bedroom has a fireplace, large 
view deck, walk-in closet and a deluxe bathroom with jacuzzi tub.  There are three additional 
bedrooms.
