Vacation Rental Description

Three year old beautiful, bright & spacious upper level Condo.  3 
bedrooms, 2 baths & approximately 50 yards to the boardwalk and free 
beach.

No Streets to Cross - one and half blocks to Morey's pier

Upstairs Unit - No one above and no noisy garage doors

A TV in each bedroom - DVD/VCR in the living room and master bedroom
Ocean Haven Condo at 426 24th Avenue Unit H, and lets take a tour.
The living room is tastfully decorated for the beach with a 
comfortable sofa with an attached chaise lounge and a comfy chair 
with ottoman.  The sofa opens to a queen size bed, and there is also 
an aero mattress that can be used for added comfort. There is a 
cathedral ceiling with recessed lights.  Also, enjoy the 
entertainment center with TV, VCR & DVD and an assortment of tapes 
for your enjoyment along with family and adult games.  The dining 
room sits 6 with comfortable rolling chairs - nearby is a fully 
loaded kitchen with an island and 2 bars stools for additional 
seating.  
The master bedroom has a plush pillow top KING size bed.  This room 
also has a cathedral ceiling and a ceiling fan.  Enjoy a TV with a 
built in VCR/DVD.
The second bedroom has a QUEEN size pillow top plush matress.  There 
is also a TV and ceiling fan.
The third bedroom - lots of fun for the kids has a bunk bed 
containing two twin beds, and we have not skimped on the matress, 
kids have to be comfy too. There is also a TV for their enjoyment, 
and many childrens books.
All bedrooms have pillows and blankets.  You supply the linens and 
towels.  We also supply beach chairs and toys for the beach.  
There are 2 full bathrooms that are spacious with blow dryers and 
upgraded shower heads for a delightful shower after sun, sand and 
fun.
There is a 2-car piggy back garage, a private storage area, and an 
outside shower.
There is also a balcony with furniture so you can relax and enjoy 
the beach atmosphere.

June 14, 2008 through June 21, 2008 .. $1800.00 per week.
June 21, 2008 through Aug. 30, 2008 .. $2000.00 per week.
Aug 30, 2008 through Sep. 27, 2008  .. $1700.00 per week.
Sep. 27, 2008 through Oct. 18, 2008 .. $1400.00 per week.
A security deposit of $300.00 is required and will be refund after 
inspection and keys are returned.
