soaking in the jacuzzi.  This rental is in a wonderful location at  
the Pointe, just north of Camelback and the Biltmore area with all  
of the upscale shopping & restaurants, and yet tucked within the  
mountain resort.  Sightings of rabbits, roadrunners, quail,  
hummingbirds & owls are common. A short ride to downtown Scottsdale  
and Phoenix sports arenas.  Bring your camera the sunsets are  
amazing!  Just walk down to the Hilton resort and you are in another  
world, the grounds are meticulously cared for by the Pointe Hilton  
staff. Gorgeous mountain views from the master bedroom balcony!  The  
unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and is fully furnished.  Family room with  
plantation shutters.  Master with queen bed and french doors to  
balcony.  Secondary bedroom is large with 2 twins; queen sleeper in  
the familyroom.  Cozy brick courtyard with mountain views has  
chiminea fireplace and BBQ.  Authentic mexican saultillo tile  
flooring with carpet in the bedrooms!   
Just bring your tooth brush, everything else is here!

Cleaning fee is $100 
Refundable security deposit $150 
To reserve the unit we require 1/2 of the rental amount in advance.  
The other half is required 2 weeks before your arrival.
