Hank's Cabin in Flagstaff

Cozy, but spacious, log cabin on 8 acres in Flagstaff’s aromatic Ponderosa pines. Inside, a free-
flowing kitchen, dining, and living room makes entertaining easy. The spacious living area is
decorated with a massive stone fireplace. Split log staircase ushers visitors to the master bedroom
on the second floor. Situated on several fenced acres, it includes a barn-like guest house.
Bedding,towels, and a fully equipped kitchen are included.

This property has two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, and a loft master suite on the second
floor. The couch also opens into a bed for extra sleeping. There are also extra roll-a-way cots in
the laundry room for extra sleeping. The cabin has two full baths.

The guest house sleeps four and includes pool table, wet bar, and three-quarter bath.

This property includes a tennis court, basketball court and horseshoes within steps of the main
house. (Tennis equipment and horseshoes supplied.)
A large deck for entertaining wraps two sides of the cabin. A grill allows for outdoor
entertaining.

Washer/dryer area is conveniently located off the kitchen.

This property is just minutes from the city of Flagstaff and is close to quaint downtown shopping,
Northern Arizona University campus, historic city sites (including Lowell Observatory, Riordan
House), a newly renovated mall, theaters, and dining, which includes many ethnic restaurants, fast
food, and numerous others from which to choose.

The Grand Canyon is 90 miles away. Other sites of interest are the Meteor Crater, Walnut Canyon
ruins, Painted Desert, San Francisco Peaks, and national forest. Hiking, climbing, and nature
lovers will love Flagstaff’s forests and its surrounding areas.

The rate is $1,400 per week. If use of the guest house is needed, the rate is $1,500 per week.
Weekly rentals only. There is a $500 refundable security deposit.
