Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully decorated 1200 sq ft Carriage Home with two bedrooms,  
two full baths, large living room, dining room and a screened lanai  
overlooking the Spring Run Golf course 15th tee.  This is a first  
floor unit for easy access and is very private, includes a one car  
garage. 
 
Master bedroom suite is furnished with a king size bed, cable TV and  
a master bath with a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet.  The  
guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds and cable TV, it is  
adjacent to a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances.   
There is a breakfast table and a bar with stools.  The beautiful  
dining room has a table that seats six (perfect for entertaining). 
 
The private community pool, gas BBQ and cabana is located less than  
a 1/2 block from this home. 
 
Golf Information: 
For only $312 you can be a transfer member for the length of your  
stay.  The membership enables you and one other person to play  
unlimited golf while only paying for cart fees (currently $50 per  
round). The Spring Run Golf Course was designed by Gordon Lewis, it  
has five sets of tees, course length ranges from 4200 - 7200 yards.  
Membership includes club house privileges with a pro shop, practice  
range, tennis, club house pool, fitness center and both casual and  
fine dining.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped - phone, air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD  
player, washer and dryer, etc. 
Kitchen is fully equipped - including microwave, toaster, coffee  
maker, cooking utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker. 
All linens included - just bring your toothbrush!!

Activities and Attractions

The Brooks is an award winning gated community with miles of  
beautifully landscaped bike and walking trails.  It is located  
between Naples and Ft. Myers - only 20 minutes from SW Florida  
International Airport.  Fine dining, theaters, galleries and great  
shopping are all within minutes. 
 
Gulf Coast Beaches: 
The Bonita Springs area beaches are some of the Gulf Coast's finest 
including Bonita Beach, Lover's Key State Park, Barefoot Beach State  
Preserve, Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Recreation area. 
These beaches have some of the best shelling anywhere in the World.

April 2009:     $3,000    AVAILABLE NOV. 2009 FOR 2010 SEASON

Fifty percent is due with contract - balance is due 10 days prior 
to occupancy.
