Vacation Rental Description

Designer lovely two bedroom (1 Queen, 2 Twins) condominium in Indian  
Rocks, directly across from Crabby Bills Restaurant by the  
causeway located between Clearwater and St. Petersburg Beach. Small,  
quaint complex within walking distance to Indian Rocks Beach  
restaurants, beach shops and attractions. This is NOT your average  
beach condo!  
 
A nature lover's paradise just steps away from crystal clear, white  
sandy Indian Rocks Beach front. Treat yourself to morning strolls  
along the seashore, stunning sunsets or just enjoy the cool, calming  
Gulf breezes. Shelling and swimming highly encouraged... 
   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large Sitting/Dining area for five;counter/bar area for additonal  
seating. Split bedroom plan with private master with Queen-sized  
bed, second bedroom w/twins trundle beds. Ample storage and closet  
space. Fully furnished unit--stocked kitchen, TV/VCR/DVD player,  
board games, video library, beach towels and chairs included. Washer  
and dryer, in unit, for your convenience. Everything you need for a  
wonderful stay!! 
 

Activities and Attractions

We're across the street from world famous Crabby Bills and just  
a few blocks away from famous Johns Pass Village and all of the  
wonderful restaurants and night life, deep sea fishing, para- 
sailing, scuba boats, etc. You can have a retreat on the beach or  
bring your boat if you're more energetic. We are only 40 minutes  
from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, and 90 minutes from the  
Orlando attractions of Disney World, Sea World, Universal and MGM  
Studios. 
 
Take the local beach trolley to Clearwater Beach attractions and/or  
Pier 60 just 10 minutes away. There are many fine restaurants and  
activities that are very close to the condo. Hiking, Biking, Golf,  
Tennis, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing,  
Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas,  
Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling & Diving, Boating,  
Sailing, Water-skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet- 
skiing, Shelling all available in the area.

January:   $655/week 
 
February:  $755/week 
 
March 1 - March 30:  $855/week 
 
April 1 - August 31:  $655/week 
 
September 1 - December 31*: $555/week 
*seasonal/monthly rental available upon request 
 
*July 4th & Christmas weeks add 10% 
 
Rates do not include $85 cleaning charge and 12% Florida taxes on  
total. Please no smoking, no pets.  
10% discount on multiple week rentals - available upon request.  
Deposit required.
