Monthly Rates: 
5/01-12/14       $2000.00 per month               
12/15-4/30       $2800.00 per month    
 
Additional: 
11.5% tax 
 
$500 deposit for holding unit  
$100 non refundable exit cleaning 
 
Processing: $50.00 non-refundable impact fee must be paid upon        
arrival to the onsite Landings of Largo manager in order to receive  
a parking permit and approval.
