Newly redecorated, our townhome has two bedrooms each with
private bath, and a half bath off the kitchen/living room area. The master bedroom has a new pillowtop mattress, and sliding glass door to the patio and utility room w/washer and dryer. The second bedroom has two twin beds,ceiling fan and good closet space. The living room accommodates a Queen size couch bed, TV w/DVD/VCR, a dining area, and sliding door to the patio.
There are books and games for your enjoyment stored in the sideboard.

Our community has two shared pools, one very close to my townhouse, two tennis courts, basketball net, stocked fishing pond with a
spraying fountain, cross the bridge to a shaded pavilion with picnic
tables and a grill. Wander onto adjoining St Joe State Park with
its marked hiking trails. Another day you may bike to the cute
little shops in Seagrove and Seaside.  So much to do...... without the big city traffic of  Destin or Panama City. You'll love being here!
