PayPal.  Credit cards are accepted via PayPal invoice only with a 4% 
service charge added.

The following is required to hold a reservation:
•Completed rental application for all tenants,
•$40 Non-refundable application fee,
•$1000 security deposit, and
•100% of rent for entire stay.

(Rent is refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to check-in date.)
(Security deposit is refundable if condo undamaged after check-out.)
