Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful 2-bedroom end unit condominium with modern décor 
overlooks the championship golf course of the Tara Golf and Country 
Club in the desirable area of Bradenton, Florida. Tastefully 
decorated, fully furnished, and ready to move in, it is the perfect 
place to call home during your vacation. 
	 
Located in the Fairview terrace of Tara, the condo is approximately 15 
to 20 minutes from some of the most popular Florida beaches including 
the famous Siesta Key, Bradenton, Longboat and Anna Marie Island 
beaches.  The condo is centrally located to a number of fine 
restaurants, shopping, golf, fishing, boating and other exciting 
Florida attractions. Or just walk out the front door to enjoy a match 
of tennis or relax beside the heated pool. 
 
A one-time transfer fee of $200 entitles the renter to one of  
the best golf courses in the area, as well as heated pools, tennis  
courts, workout facility, fabulous restaurant and sports bar , driving 
range, and more. Greens fees are included in the membership, pay only 
a cart fee. Late afternoon playing golf while walking is allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This fully furnished condominium with cathedral ceilings throughout 
includes a large master bedroom with King size bed, television, 
walk-in closet and full master bath.  This bedroom also includes 
walkout access to a comfortably furnished, screened lanai that over 
looks the fifth tee off of the golf course and a pond. The spacious 
living area also opens up to the large, private lanai.  The second 
bedroom contains a queen size bed, fully furnished with television and 
is adjacent to the second full bath. The bright, fully equipped 
kitchen contains an eating nook, breakfast island with three stools 
and a built in desk area and overlooks the dining/living area.  The 
dining room comfortably seats six with a buffet hutch and small 
serving bar.  A full size washer and dryer are located in the unit for 
your convenience.  Free local phone service, Cable TV and water are 
provided. The unit has 4 televisions throughout, dvd player and 
surround sound stereo system.
