ONE BEDROOM (4 Persons Max) condo is furnished in a West Indies style of furniture, totally remodeled kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances and granite countertop.
Unwind as you sit on your private balconies. You have a choice of two, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom.
The sliding glass doors cover the entire wall, so you have direct views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bedroom has two beds, one queen and the other full. The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper and 40 inch LCD flat screen TV. Both the bedroom and the living room have their own thermostats (dual zone HVAC) , so you can set the temperature to your liking in each room and each have large ceiling fans.

The STUDIO, a few doors away, has a king size bed and a twin sleeper sofa - can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child, full separate kitchen.
The condo and bath which has a full tub and shower is all new.
The unit is fully renovated, tile throughout, wood cabinets..very warm and cozy, with full balcony and sliding doors covering the entire wall, so you can see the Gulf from any part of the condo.
