Vacation Rental Description

The resort is a two-story building and for your privacy, the units are  
located on the second floor.                                        
ONE BEDROOM condo is furnished in a West Indies style of furniture, 
totally remodeled kitchen with top of the line stainless steel 
appliances and granite countertop. 
Unwind as you sit on your private balconies.  You have choice of  
two, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom.   
The sliding glass doors cover the entire wall, so you have direct 
views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.   
The bedroom has two beds, one full and the other queen.  The living 
room also has a queen sleeper sofa.  Both the bedroom and the living 
room have large ceiling fans and each have their own thermostats, so 
you can set the temperature to your liking in each room.

The STUDIO, a few doors away, has a king size bed, full separate 
kitchen.The condo and bath which has a full tub and shower is all new. 
      
The unit is fully renovated, tile throughout, wood cabinets..very warm 
and cozy, with full balcony and sliding doors covering the entire 
wall, so you can see the Gulf from any part of the condo. 
These are the condos that you will want to return to year after year. 
We take great pride in our properties and hope you will too!

We have no hidden costs, our rates are posted and the only additional 
fee to that is Florida state tax...sorry there is nothing we can do 
about it.
