This beautifully private owned (1400sq foot) ocean view townhome is a fully furnished two bedroom -  
two bath on the beach, which is located at the famous Shelborne Beach Resort Hotel in the heart of  
Miami's desirable South Beach on Collins Avenue and 18th Street.  
 
The townhome overlooks the waterfall pool, jacuzzi, beach, and ocean.  Leading directing from the  
pool area is a private access to the white sand beach of the Atlantic Ocean, without any street  
crossing.  This is a family friendly beach location. The resort has (3)full bars; poolside  
restaurant with bar, evening karaoke bar, and lobby lounge bar. Also, including a spa and gym.   
 
This two-level townhome is furnished with upstairs bedrooms.  The master bedroom suite has a king  
size bed, ceiling fan, ocean view balcony, and large cable TV with VCR.  Down the hall is the second  
bedroom, which is also joined by a Jack-n-Jill styled bathroom; has a queen size bed,ceiling fan,  
ocean view balcony, and cable TV with DVD player.  Secure Wi-Fi internet throughout, which can have  
up  
to (5)users signed on at one time! 
 
Downstairs where the kitchen, living room and full bathroom is, has a comfortable queen sofa  
sleeper, ceiling fan, cable TV, and ocean view balcony.  This spacious townhouse also has a full  
service kitchen; including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and fully stocked  
cooking equipment. 
 
The resort is located within minutes of walking to Miami Beach's famous Lincoln Road Mall, Ocean  
Drive entertainment Art Deco District, many cafes, shops, and movie theaters.  The Miami Beach  
Convention Center and the Jackie Gleason Theater of Performing Arts are just a few blocks away. 
  
Attractions include Broadway plays, ballet, philharmonic orchestras and individual star  
performances.  Public transportation is located in front of the resort.  
 
This is perfect vacation opportunity to dust off your skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, or
