vacation rental description
I do not advertise on Craigslist.
We are the upper unit to our already well established rental "Casa de Julia". Our new unit Casa Feliz is on the 2nd floor with 1076 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Each bedroom has a queen pillow top bed, soft bedding and walk in closets. The main living area is open concept with the kitchen, which is located in the middle of the house. There is a ton of storage in this kitchen and it features maple cabinetry, double door stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, a lot of counter space, gas stove with oven and microwave over the stove for quick snacks. The living room and dining room area are located at the back of the apartment and open to a large deck on the back of the house. The views are of the neighborhood and the Bay. The deck is Southern facing and gets sun all day long. There are two sets of french doors looking out that let in plenty of light and fresh air. Our living room has brand new shag style carpeting, a large comfy sofa, a chair and half with a matching ottoman to kick your feet up on and watch the flat panel TV. The dining area has a table with chairs along with barstools to have a bite at the counter connected to the kitchen. There is one very large bathroom in the unit with a glass block, glass door shower, large vanity with a lot of counter space and storage as well as a commode. There is no tub, shower only.
This unit, as the unit below us, features digital cable with HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz & Encore along with free WIFI. We provide all linens, towels, pots, pans, utencils, etc...we even have free laundry in the basement for your use.
Our flat will very comfortably fit 4 guests. Please note that we have approxsimately 20 stairs leading up to the front door so we may not be suitable for families with small children/strollers etc.. and individuals with mobility, joint or hip problems.
If you require a unit that is child friendly please check out 1st floor unit "Casa de Julia" ad #53437-we even provide a free crib and booster chair if you need it. ;)
