DVD's, X-box, stereo, cable television, beach towels and umbrellas, 
cooler, floats, fishing rods. Top of the line furniture, mattresses 
and bedding. Everything needed to stay a month or a year.Includes 
access to the 21,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, with dining room, heated 
swimming pools, 24 hour access to lighted tennis courts, exercise 
room, billards room, and card rooms.

Activities and Attractions

Downtown Naples, Naples Pier, Fifth Avenue Shopping and its beaches 
are a few miles away. Close by is The Philharmonic Center for the 
Arts, Delnor Wiggins State Park,and Carribean Gardens (beautiful 
zoo).Marco Island is less than 1/2 hour away.Ocean swimming is 
excellent all year round and public access and facilities at the 
numerous local beaches are of a very high standard. There are 
hundreds of Public Golf Courses close by to choose from.Fishing, 
boating and canoeing are all available locally as well as in the 
nearby Everglades. Numerous nature preserves and national parks are 
also nearby. Miami and South Beach is just 100 miles away.
