the location of the home is on one of Stowe's main roads,and its a 
20 minute walk back into town(over 50 restaurants) or 3 minutes by 
car.There is a supermarket at the end of the road.Stowe is a 40 
minute mainly interstate drive from burlington which has vermont's 
main airport and has flights from most major eastern and central 
cities..this is an ideal weekend ski/fall/summer destination or a 
great family holiday retreat
things to do in stowe and surrounding areas are depending on season:
sking,x-country sking,hiking,snowmobiling,dog sledding,horse 
riding,ice rink,ice skating,fishing,walking,cycling (great 5 mile

WINTER:7 jan- 30 April 2008:$2700 weekly,$1800 weekend,$10,000 monthly 
+tax/deposit/clean
SPRING:1 may - 30 June 2008:$1750 weekly,$1450 weekend,$6800 monthly 
+tax/deposit/clean
SUMMER:1 july- sept 30 2008: $2000 weekly,$1200 weekend,$7000 monthly
monthly +tax/deposit/clean
FALL:1 Oct- Dec 18 2008:$1950 weekly,$1450 weekend,$7600 monthly 
+tax/deposit/clean
all rentals with holidays subject to surcharge,rental durations by 
negotation minimum is 3 nights Thursday - Sunday.(excluding US holidays)
vermont tax at 10% is payable.Maid/trash service $250.00 
.A security deposit of 
$1000 is payable on booking 3 nights and under and $1500 over 3 
nights, refunded if agreed rental terms are met on 
inspection..please be advised no discounts will be granted.All rates 
include lawn care/utility bills/local telephone calls NOT long 
distance,or PPV movies which are chargeable
weekends are thurs-sun inclusive.Also there is a fair fuel usage 
policy,have heat at maximum 24 hours a day you will be charged
