Spectacular French style Villa built in 1880, located in the most exclusive neigbourhood of Buenos
Aires City. Barrio Parque or Palermo Chico is the most elegant, clean and safe area, though very
close to Buenos Aires City main attractions. The most famous artists and politicians live in this
neigborhood. The architect Carlos Thays –who also designed the Botanic Garden- set the limits of
Palermo Chico area in 1912. His intention was to design a ‘park-like neighborhood’ with curved and
irregular streets plenty of green spaces. Several local species were planted like Tipas, Jacarandas,
