The condo is located in a gated community, across the street from  
The Spanish Trails homes.  The Location is 3 miles West of the Las  
Vegas Strip.  It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2  
TV's and a phone for local calls.  It has Direct TV cable.  It  
overlooks a pool, and has assigned covered parking.  The condo is  
newly painted and furnished.  The main cross street is Tropicana.  The 
condo is approximately 940 sq/ft with vaulted ceilings.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo is located near the (3 miles) Las Vegas Strip and the  
airport.  The Complex is gated and has 6 pools and a fitness  
center.  The kitchen is equipped with coffee pot, blender and  
anything else you may need. The Cub house has a large screen TV,  
Pool Table and Internet Station.

Activities and Attractions

The Las Vegas Strip, Casinos, Great Shoppping and restaurants.   
Fitness Center and heated pool.

Vacation Rental Rates

The condo is rented by Month, Week, Weekends with a 2 night minimum.  
Some Holidays and seasons could be higher. Weekly rate is $650, 
weekend rates are $125.00 per night, mid-week is $100.00 per night.  
Monthly rate is $1700.00.  There is a cleaning fee of $75.00 and a  
security deposit of $200.00.  
No smoking and No pets.
