The master suite with adjacent study and balcony overlooking miles of beach is on the second floor. The large foyer, living room and family rooms are perfect for entertaining. A tropical screened garden extends from the fully equipped eat in kitchen. There is a spacious laundry room off of the kitchen on the first floor.

A large pool is accessed from the family room or living room. It has
a 4" high removable child safety fence. There is a gas grill, wet bar, ceiling fans, three TV's, high speed internet, including wireless, four zone heating and air conditioning and a two car garage.

Viewing exquisite sunsets! Walk or jog on miles of quiet beach, swimming in the pool and gulf, collect shells and fossilized sharks teeth, watch sea turtles nest. There are wonderful bike trails nearby. Kayak and canoe rentals are available for ocean or intercostal waterway. The main street of Venice is a wonderful place to stroll, with great shops. Venice has a great library, too with internet access.
