Vacation Rental Description

Like new 3/2 townhouse with 2 car garage. Directly 
across the street from and facing the ocean. Incredible ocean views 
and breezes. Second floor is living area with large open floor plan, 
breakfast bar that opens to living and dining room with ocean views 
from all areas. Large patio with chairs and table to enjoy the view, 
ocean sounds and breezes. Master bedroom is upstairs and has a king 
size bed, walk in closet and armoire for plenty of storage. Master 
bath has jacuzzi tub with seperate oversized shower and private 
commode; double sink vanity. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a 
queen size bed and one with a double size futon. Both bedrooms have 
sliding glass doors that lead to a private fenced patio deck. Guest 
bathroom has large vanity and tub/shower combo. Storage closet and 
linen closet downstairs. Full size 2 car garage with washer and 
dryer located in it. All beds have down comforters and feather/down 
pillows.

Activities and Attractions

Walk across the street to the beach with no public access so it's 
very quiet and nearly empty all the time. If you're looking for more 
activity on the beach just down the beach a way is a public beach 
with hotel concessions with activities.

Enjoy swimming, sunning, snorkeling, surfing, etc. Close to 
restaurants, parks, and shops including surf and bike rentals. There 
are places to rent boats and jet skis too to enjoy in the huge 
intercoastal waterway. Golf courses within a few minutes drive. Just 
minutes over the causeway to historic downtown Melbourne with more 
shopping including antique shops, restaurants (casual and fine 
dining) and nigthlife. 

Grocery stores and Wal Mart are a 2 minute drive from the townhouse. 
There is a full mall with Macy's department store about 10 minutes 
away.  

Orlando theme parks including Universal Studios, Disney World, 
Epcot, MGM, Sea World, etc. are about a one hour drive. One hour 
drive to Orlando International Airport. Orlando has tons of shopping 
including high end designer stores and great restaurants too.

Sebastian Inlet, famous for surfing, is about 15 miles south.

Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral where the cruise ships dock 
and depart are about a 40 minute drive north. Day and casino cruises 
available from the port. About 30 minutes north to Cocoa Beach with 
world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop that is open 24 hours as well as more 
shops and restaurants. 

Daytona Beach and West Palm Beach are about 2 hours drive, Ft. 
Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville and Gainsville are about 2 
1/2 to 3 hours drive away.

Vero Beach is about 1/2 hour drive with a large outlet shopping mall 
and caual and fine dining restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,500.00 per month. Monthly rentals only.
$1000.00 security deposit required.
$100 non-refundable cleaning fee.
