oceanview/cityview. Freshly painted, remodeled and clean.  Tile floor 
throughout.  This condo offers you a fully equipped kitchen, china, 
utensils, refrigerator, toaster oven,  buffet range, coffee maker, 
microwave and cookware, 20 inch TV, DVD player.

One queen size bed, full size futon, alarm clock, and plenty of 
storage. Pillows, linens and towels are provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

24 Hour Valet Parking, Hotel Concierge, Olympic Size Pool and Kiddie 
Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Restaurants,Grocery Store, Pizza Parlor, 
Beauty Salon, Gift Shop, Laundry Facility and Weekend Entertainment,

Vacation Rental Rates

October-March-$1,650.00 a month 
plus hotel tax (13%).
April-September -$1,400.00 a month plus (13%) hotel tax
Rates are based on season: No daily rentals.  One week minimum stay 
is required.  $ 600.00 per week plus 13% hotel tax.
Long Term lease available at discount rates...6 months or over

A refundable deposit of $ 250.00 is required and will be returned 
when property is inspected.

$ 100.00 condominium application fee (non-refundable)

$ 65.00 maid cleaning upon departure (non-refundable)
No Pets/No Smoking inside unit.

All payments must be received two (2)weeks prior to arrival.
