Located within an oceanfront resort, this condominium is unlike any
other! Pride in ownership is reflected throughout, including solid
cedar arched doorways that lend access into magnificient ocean view
rooms throughout the unit.

The property is set on over 80 acres of unspoiled lush landscaping,
just a few minute stroll down the hill to the 1 mile of the pristine,
private cobalt blue sand beach (Playa Azul). The condominium is
approximately 1 hour drive to Tamarindo! Just a short drive to
surfing in Marbella! White sand beaches are within walking/driving
distance.

There is a main pool and jacuzzi within the resort, as well as a
large pool and patio area adjacent to the condo for more privacy and
relaxation. Condo is fully equipped with all amenities. Guests may
access all resort amenities as well.

Private Beach: Down the hill from the private condominiums is the
Pacific Ocean. Spectacular location for romantic sunset beach walks,
surfing, ocean kayaking. A walk around the point at either
end, brings you to beautiful white sand beaches.

Pools / Jacuzzis: The resort includes an ocean side infiniti pool,
children's wading pool & Jacuzzi. The condominium accommodation area
also has a private pool for condominium guests.

Restaurants: There are two restaurants on-site, and numerous
restaurant locations within 10-15 minutes of the condominium.

On-Site Health Spa: Pamper yourself a massage, hot stone therapy or
with a spa day! The spa has a large Jacuzzi, saunas, changing rooms
and lockers. Owners will also provide guests with information
regarding private massages, aromatherapy, facials, etc. that can be
provided in the condominium.

Nature Trails: Take a leisurely walk or mountain bike thru the
beautiful tropical forests on and around the property. You will see
wild monkeys, many local bird species, iguanas, butterflies, and
other unique forms of Costa Rican fauna and flora.

Other Facilities: On the property there are other facilities for
guests including: a mini grocery store, tour booking office, Internet
access in the reception area. Tours include those to the rainforest
for walks along the "skybridges" and/or "zip-line" trips through the
canopies of the rainforests, volcano escursions, and more for the
nature enthusiast and the adventurist!

Upon booking, owners will provide guests with local a "guest book"
that includes directions, car rental information, local restaurants
and other activities/resources that may not be available through the
office!

Surfing: Enjoy great surfing in the nearby town of Marbella...or
drive to the world famous beaches in Tamarindo (about 1 hour drive)
and enjoy shopping, surfing, local arts and crafts and restaurants.

Snorkeling / Diving: Great snorkeling is available right off shore of
the local beach San Juanillo (2 miles south of the resort). Off shore
diving tours can also be arranged(including dive certifications)
through our friend, Mike Paski, at Paski Adventures which is located
within the resort property.

Star Watching: Experience spectacular views of the stars from this
unique equatorial viewing vantage point. Star viewing is particular
clear given the secluded location of the resort in the north
western corner of Costa Rica.

Horse Back Riding: Ride along the beach, up the rivers and through
the forests in the midst of the beautiful ocean side tropical
habitat.

Fishing Trips: Ocean fishing off the coast near the resort is
tremendous. Species include Bill Fish, Snapper, Rooster Fish, Pacific
Blue Marlin, Pacific Sailfish, Dorado, Yellow Fin Tuna. Tours of
varying duration can be organized at the resort office. Again,
Paski adventures is your contact for this....Mike lives on the
property with his wife Leah, and they have lived in the community for
over 5 years ;)

Local Events: There are various local cultural events at different
times of year. This includes local community fairs, dances, local
arts and crafts vendors (including Guitill a local pottery
town).

Turtle Viewing: Viewing the sea turtles during the months of October,
November and early December is a truly unique experience. At nearby
Playa Ostional, hundreds of sea turtles come out of the ocean and
nest in the sand on a daily basis.

Scenic Lookout: Experience spectacular views of the Costa Rican west
coast from the top of a local mountain (near Santa Cruz � less than
1 hour from the resort). On a clear day, you can see all the
way to Nicaragua to the north and Panama to the south.

Volcano Tours: Costa Rica has some amazing active volcanoes that you
can tour. The Arenal Volcano is the closest volcano to the resort and
it has some unique hot springs and baths. Volcano tours are
full day from the resort (generally 10-12 hour trips).

Canopy Tours: For the thrill seekers, local canopy tours are a great
way to see some fabulous mountain scenery while getting a major
adrenalin rush. Canopy tours can be organized from the resort
tour booking office (usually half day tours from the resort). Miss
Skyy is another option for zip lines and is located in nearby Nosara
(about 1/2 hour away).

White Water Rafting Tours: White water rafting tours are available
during the green season (June - November). Rapids run from class 2
(suitable for children) to class 5 (adults only). Rafting excursions
are full day tours from the resort.

Other Tour Options: Other tour options are also available in the
reception office or by just talking to Mike or Leah from Paski
Adventures! Even the condominium manager may have some other ideas!
The condo owners will also provide other options. Some tours may
include bird watching, eco-tours, whale watching (seasonal), banana
and coffee plantation tours, river tours, cave exploration and more.

Rate Information:
May-November 20 (Green Season) $120.00/night
November 20-April (High Season) $170.00/night

(Holiday Season)
XMAS/NEW YEARS/EASTER $195.00/night

Rates include local and government fees/taxes. A cleaning fee of
$85.00 per week is also required or guests may opt for a $45.00 exit
cleaning only. (Sorry, but guests staying for more than 7 nights must pay the $85.00 daily cleaning rate).
Check-in: 3:00p.m. (may be earlier if condo is ready/available)
Check out: 10:00 a.m.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation
Deposits will be applied to vacation rental total

Cancellation Policy: 60 days or more - 50% deposit non-refundable
-Less than 60 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Payments are arranged directly with owner. U.S. money orders, U.S.
personal checks, U.S. cashier's checks or wire transfers are accepted.

You may choose to provide the Sanctuary Reception office with a
credit card imprint following your check in with the Sanctuary
Condominiums office (where you will get your keys and meet the
manager of the Condominiums). If you chose to do this, you may use
your credit card on file to sign for "incidentals", restaurant
charges, tours (booked through the Sanctuary Reception Office, etc.
during your stay. You will close your bill with the Sanctuary
Reception Office, following check out from the Sanctuary Condominiums.
