D304 at North Coast Village is THE destination!  From this great  
Oceanside condo you will enjoy spectacular ocean views and surf  
sounds and views of Southern California's longest pier.  Wait until  
you see the pier lit up at night from the master bedroom suite.  To  
maximize your enjoyment of the ocean views and breezes there is a  
private balcony off of the family room, and upstairs a double size  
roof top deck off of the master bedroom.  You may never leave the  
beach condo, but if you do, the flat sandy beaches of Oceanside CA  
are just a few steps away from this beach front resort like condo  
complex, North Coast Village. 
 
The beach condo is on the top floor, and is a two story penthouse  
loft.  It boasts a fully appointed kitchen, bright dining area and  
breakfast bar, comfortable ocean view family room with a new futon  
sofa, flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace in winter for your  
comfort.  The bedrooms are equipped with two full beds downstairs in  
a great tropical beach theme, and a queen size bed upstairs.  There  
are new windows and sliding doors throughout to make the best of the  
ocean view. 
 
This condo is owned by an artist whose work of local landscapes you  
will enjoy in the condo and in a complimentary pack of notecards that  
you might not want to share! 
 
The beach condo is fully equipped with boogie boards, coolers, and  
all the things you would want at the beach. Large flatline TV over  
the fireplace.

Reservations require security deposit of $500 down and rent payment

Cancellations are subject to a 25% fee. Cancellation within 60 days  
of stay result in full forfeiture of rent unless rerented.
