vacation rental description
Our lovely condo is located on Manasota Key which is located between
Venice and Ft. Myers. Manasota Key is one of the best kept
secrets. We have a small complex of 13 units with heated swimming
pool, fishing pier with beach access to the Gulf across the street.
We have 2 bedrooms, 2baths, with a very specious cathedral ceilings with a
loft that will sleep 2. The loft is great even without anyone sleeping, because it has a office desk, internet and a copy machine.

Our Key is extremely quiet. You can shoot a canon down the street
at 6:00pm and not hit anyone. We have all the convienents of home
with a 42" Sony flat screen TV, TV in master room, each with DVD
capabilities. Washer/dryer. Garage is the first floor. The
loft is unique with ladder enterance that folds up and down for the
convienence. The loft has an office desk, w/printer and internet
cable.

Beach access within 200 yards across the street. Many golf courses
with several miles, fishing, pontoon or small boat rentals within 1
mile. Kyak rentals within 15miles. Great shelling from the beach.
vacation rental rates
We must rent a minimum of 2 weeks. Off season which is April 1,
thru October 31st is off season and $ $1,500 per month. Jan alone rental is $ 1,500, February alone is $ 2,800. If you rent both months it is $ 4,000 total.
This includes cleaning services and full utilities.
Our unit is only used a few months out of the year because we don't like the wear and tear on the unit. It is very clean and comfortable.
