Vacation Rental Description

It takes 15 minutes to drive to Rehoboth Beach and the water taxi is 35 minutes to Dewey Beach. 
 
My place is very Comfortable and no doubt this is the best location  
of entire 775-acre, gated, private club because it is walking distance to all of the amenities, the  
water taxi, the  
bay, and the club house.  This luxury condominium is a 15 minutes drive to Rehoboth Beach and Dewey  
Beach  
and a 35 minute water taxi ride to Ruddertown in Dewey Beach. (Water Taxi $20 roundtrip per person) 
It is located on the 6th hole of The Peninsula Golf and Country Club, a  
Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course located on the Indian River Bay,  
There are two beaches on the bay with chairs and a dock,  
everything is  
walking distance from the condo.  For you, I have maps, lists of  
places to go, things to do, restaurants  
to visit.  Next door, there is a public golf course for last minute  
low fee golf, restaurant, bar and live entertainment. 
 
The condo sits on the 100 yard marker of the 6th hole.  This 2000 sq.  
ft. condo is located right on the 6th hole fairway and the Indian  
River Bay.  We are right across the street from the Proshop,  
restaurant, Spa, Tennis, Volleyball and the 1st hole of The  
Peninsula's Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.   
There is a beautiful view of the golf course with the Indian  
River Bay in the background.  You will see wild birds during the day,  
families of deer in the early evening and golfers playing the  
beautiful Par 4 golf hole with two lakes, from the screened in  
balcony on the 2nd floor.  
  
On the balcony, the dining area seating (4) and swing glider seating  
(2) are great for enjoying the outdoors.  You will see the sun rise  
and the sunset from the balcony, living room, and Master Bedroom. The  
sunset also hits the private parking garage which is located closest  
to the golf course.  The grassed area right off the 6th hole is there  
for you to use lawn chairs for relaxing.  
 
The living room and kitchen are open, great for enjoying time  
together.  When you are in the kitchen, you do not miss anything on  
the 42”LCD HD TV hanging over the fireplace.  Candles are waiting in  
the master bath oversized tub to enjoy soothing and relaxation after  
a day of fun.  The Fishing Pier is a few minute walk.  You will  
stroll along the dock over natural wetlands habitat taking you to  
natural trails through beautiful scenery of the Ponds, Lakes, Trees,  
etc.  
There are several large wooden platforms with seating areas along the  
trail to the fishing pier, perfect for a picnic.  The 6th hole is the  
only water hole that has natural lakes and it is protected by law, so  
over the years, this view will never be tampered with by developers. 
 
In the morning, you may walk across the street to the Grill and enjoy  
breakfast and Starbucks coffee and Starbucks Café Latte.  You may  
also enjoy a full menu with drinks and wine for lunch or dinner as  
well.  For those not heading to the 1st tee, you can may take amazing  
walks with beautiful scenery and also walk toward the  
Water Taxi Dock (Taxi to Dewey Beach and Trolley Access to Rehoboth  
Beach) where you will see two Beaches on the Bay perfect for the kids  
(the bay is safe), to sunbathe, picnic, and enjoy being on the Indian  
River Bay.  If you have bad weather, you may use all of my stuff!  
Games, Playing cards, Poker Chips, Boggle, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit,  
Pictionary and dartboard.  I have tons of magazines, Golf Digest,  
Shape fitness magazines, Cooking Light and other golf magazines.

Vacation Rental Rates

September 15th - June 20rd -$1,500 
June 23rd - September 19th - $1,950 
 
Bath towels and sheets are available for $80. 
Weekly Rentals Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 11 a.m. 
A $400.00 security deposit is required prior to renting.   
 
Payment by check or other, I will respond to you with an invoice via email 
and you will send two separate checks, one for the weekly rental and one for 
the security deposit.  Your security deposit will be returned via US Postal  
mail one week after your stay considering there is no loss or damage to the property . 
 
Payment is due in full, including security deposit in advance.   
 
Private Indoor Parking Garage and large unlimited parking lot  
available.   
 
No smoking or pets. 
 
I am open to longer term rentals.
