Vacation Rental Description

San Jose del Cabo Studio Condo Complex on The Beach  
    
Our studio is located in San Jose del Cabo, Baja California Sur, in  
one of the most beautiful and peaceful condominium complexes in Los  
Cabos. The complex has two astonishing pools surrounded by palm  
trees, with a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortes, and direct access  
to the beach. The complex has a beach club right next to it, with a  
cool pool, two jacuzzis, pool-bar, couched suntan chairs, and hamoks  
hanging from the palm trees. A few steps away you will find  
the “Terrace”, an open-air palapa restaurant serving a delicious  
tortilla soup, among other Mexican dishes (open until 10:00 PM.).  
 
The studio is located on the ground floor of one of the central  
buildings. It has a terrace with a hamok, perfect for siestas or  
just watching the stars. It is situated in the outskirts of the  
traditional Mexican town San Jose del Cabo, about twenty minutes  
from the airport and twenty minutes from Cabo San Lucas.  
 
The La Jolla complex is situated right on the Costa Azul beach, the  
longest beach in Los Cabos, where the most luxurious hotels (Crown  
Plaza, Mayan Palace) were and are being built. If you like privacy  
and just to relax, this is the right place for you. The complex is  
at walking distance from some nice restaurants (the famous Zippers  
and Mamma Mia!, both by the beach), as well as a Dominos Pizza and  
Subway. There is also a well supplied mini market (Trader Dicks)  
with an ATM, and a Wal-Mart-type supermarket (MEGA) which can be  
accessed through the beach or the main highway (10 min. walk).  
 
There is a bus stop across the street. A “Subur-Cabos” bus will take  
you to Cabo San Lucas and back for $20 pesos (about $2.00 USD) each  
ride.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The studio has a queen size bed and a full size sofa pull out. It  
has a brand new quiet mini split A/C to stay cool even on the  
hottest days of summer. The unit has a cozy living area, terrace and  
kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, two burner  
hotplate, coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, and everything  
necessary for cooking. It also has a TV, DVD with CD player. There  
is now wireless internet access in the common area by the pools. The  
laundry room is right outside the studio, with full washer and dryer.

Activities and Attractions

Three heated pools, sandy beach, surfing, horse back riding, ATV  
rentals, ultra-light flights over the Sea of Cortez, snorkeling,  
fishing and kayaking nearby. Also, seasonal whale watching from the  
beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

This studio rents for $500 per week, or $80 per night, with a three  
(3) night minimum. 
 
Holiday weeks add $150: New Years, Martin Luther King, Presidents  
Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,  
Christmas.
