This newly refurbished chalet is 200 yards from Lake Whitingham with
access to a boat ramp, boat rentals(power boats,jet skis,kayaks) or
bring your own. One and a half miles away is historic downtown
Wilmington with shops, restaurants, and everything you might need.
No smoking. An additional security deposit will be required for pets.

This chalet is available for 2-7 night rentals as well as
monthly rentals. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required
for rentals up to a week and $300 for monthly rentals. Prices remain
the same regardless of holidays.
