This newly refurbished chalet is 200 yards from Lake Whitingham with 
access to a boat ramp, boat rentals(power boats,jet skis,kayaks) or 
bring your own. One and a half miles away is historic downtown 
Wilmington with shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. 
No smoking. An additional security deposit will be required for pets.


 

Vacation Rental Amenities

-Three bedrooms sleep 7 comfortably: 1 king,1 queen, 3 singles
-One and a half baths plus sinks in two bedrooms
-TV/DVD in each room (no cable)
-Fully furnished: includes linens, towels, and kitchenware
-walking distance to Lake Whitingham

 

Vacation Rental Rates

This chalet is available for 2-7 night rentals as well as 
monthly rentals. A refundable security deposit of $100 is required 
for rentals up to a week and $300 for monthly rentals. Prices remain 
the same regardless of holidays.
 
Summer Rates: (2 night minimum)
$700 a week
$170 a night Friday-Saturday
$150 a night Sunday-Thursday 

Winter Rates:   (2 night minimum)
$900- 7 nights Monday through Sunday
$220  a night Friday-Saturday
$195  a night Sunday-Thursday
$2500 a month
