The sky diving here is great. They use RVT video technology and take scenic flights before every 
jump.

♦ Parasailing ♦
Feel the wind in your hair as 1, 2, or 3 flyers at a time go parasailing. Dip your toes in Little 
Traverse Bay or stay 
totally dry.  It’s up to you.

♦ Golfing ♦
There are several in the area. Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club and Boyne Highland Resort & 
Country club 
are two of the biggest ones. 

♦ Boat & Ski Rentals ♦
Located about 6 miles north on US 31 on the north shore of Crooked Lake is Windjammer marina. This 
marina is 
one of the oldest continuous operating marinas in Northern Michigan dating back to the time of the 
first 
boathouse constructed in 1910. Windjammer rents pontoon boats, power boats and personal watercraft.

Within the city limits there are two unique beaches. The City beach located near Zorn Park has 
picnic tables, 
restrooms, a beach house, swimming rafts, and life guards are right there at this beach. The smaller 
Zoll street 
beach is dog-friendly and great for swimming and kayaking.

Make sure you don’t miss the amazing colors exhibited by the trees of northern Michigan every fall.

two color tour routes you can take.

Nub’s Nob is close by and offers 52 ski slopes and trails on 3 separate peaks. They sport a friendly 
staff, and 
fresh homemade food.  They have the most highly decorated snowmaking and snow grooming crews in the 
Midwest.

Year around Harbor Springs has a wonderful downtown shopping district.  The historical buildings and 
the tree 
lined streets make for a warm ambiance even in the dead of winter.

Owner does allow pets on approval.  $25/night or $100/week additional.

Peak rates applied to holidays including: New Years, MLK Bday, 
Valentines Day, Presidents Day, St. Patricks Day, Easter, Memorial 
Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterens Day, Thanksgiving, 
Christmas.

Reservations are made on a first paid, first confirmed basis.  
Reservations will only be confirmed after a deposit of 50% of the 
total rental is received.  Deposits must be received within on 
week.  After that, the space may be released.  Balance must be 
received at least one month prior to the arrival date with cleaning 
fee of $100.  A cancellation will result in the deposit being held 
until the property is rented, at which time a full refund will be 
made.
