Breathtaking Ocean View ~ Su Casa in Ensenada

Su Casa is set on a hillside with a spectacular panoramic ocean
view of Todos Santos Bay and its islands in the gated
secure community of Cibola del Mar. It is located 15 minutes north
of Ensenada, where the toll road ends and about 1 ? hours south of
San Diego and two major airports. This Spanish style home with tile
roof has a large flagstone deck and covered outside area. It is
located in an area of private family homes in a quiet neighborhood. This is not a party house!!!
Su Casa is a family friendly place that sleeps 8 people. For
larger groups there is an adjacent home with room for another 5 to 8
people.

The large great room with open gourmet kitchen and clay tile floors
is a gathering place with incredible vistas to look at while
cooking, eating, talking or playing one of the many games
available. It also includes a wood stove, couches and easy chairs
for reading, napping, or watching DVDs or videos. The dining table
can seat 10. Amenities for this area include a music system, a
Satellite TV with over 200 channels and a combination DVD and VHS
player. There are lots of DVD's and tapes, or bring your
own. There is wireless internet access throughout the house.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with colorful ceramic tile
counters has a refrigerator, microwave and large range which
includes oven, broiler and griddle. This kitchen has great
counterspace and lots of cabinets. There are enough pots, pans and
knives for the serious cook as well as a coffee maker, small food
processor, blender, toaster, and toaster oven. There are ample
dishes, cups, glasses and silverware to accommodate a large group.
Back bedroom includes two queen sized beds with dresser
and reading lamp. Front bedroom includes a queen sized bed, lamp,
dresser and storage cabinet. A large couch in the living room makes
into a queen sized bed. There are ample pillows, linens and blankets
for the beds.
The full bath with colorful ceramic tiles has a tub with shower and
includes ample bath towels, soap and a hair dryer. Please bring
your own beach towels and other toiletries. The 1/2 bath with
toilet is near the washing machine and dryer area which includes a
large sink. There is a line for hanging out beach towels outside.
The large flagstone deck with a firepit right outside the front door
is a great place to have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Stroll the
garden paths and enjoy the many colorful plants. There are outdoor
chairs, a table and a gas barbeque. An added bonus is the
space for RV parking with hook ups and a large secured parking area.

The comfortable home is a great place to just lounge, but if you
want action it is 15 minutes north of Ensenada and its restaurants,
shopping and nightlife. There are lots of ocean activities including
surfing at nearby San Miguel, fishing, whale watching and boating
from Ensenada. Su Casa is about 20 minutes from the Guadalupe Valley
where vineyards abound and the wine touring and tasting is a real
event. There are also numerous cultural activities in Ensenada.

Su Casa rents for $1000 per week, or $200 per night, minimum
two nights with a three night minimum on holidays. 50% deposit at
booking, with remainder due one week before the start date of the
booking. There is a one time non-refundable cleaning fee of $30 and
a refundable $300 security deposit due at that time. The security
deposit will be mailed back to you promptly if there is no damage to the house or contents and/or there are no complaints of excessive noise.
100% refund if cancelled 30 days before arrival, 75% refund if less
than 30 days notice.
