and furnished with new furniture and accessories.
The Villages has been referred as "Disney for Adults". Why not come
and see for yourself. There are over 30 free golf courses (only fee
would be trail fee if you use a golf cart). Take a dip in any of the
40+ pools or dance under the stars every night of the week.

This ranch home is fully furnished including washer, dryer, linens,
kitchenware, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, VCR, and TV's.

The Villages is more than golf!! Enjoy swimming, fishing, tennis,
pickleball, bike trails, theatre, movie theatres, concerts, bowling,
shopping, night club, and dancing. Come experience our 50+

Summer/Fall Special: April - November

• Weekly: $500  - Come stay for two weeks and deduct $50

• Monthly: $800 - ($100 savings for additional month)

$75.00 cleaning Fee

There is a non-refundable $50 processing fee payable to The Villages
for temperory I.D.'s.

Security Deposit: refundable security deposit due with reservation:
$500 for monthly rental.
Rates include: Florida State and local taxes, basic cable tv; local
telephone calls; water; trash pick up; The Villages amenity fee;
electricity and gas.
