Want to know what months are best to rent in The Villages

Can't find a rental for Jan, Febr and March?  Consider coming November or April.  These two months are the best months for weather and for rates!  Perfect temperatures and not as crowded....Consider this time of the year for a great low cost and high quality vacation.

ranch home (less than three years old) in the new neighborhood of Duval. It is located
approximately 3 miles from Lake Sumter Landing town square.
This home is decorated like a model!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closets, screen lanai
and furnished with new furniture and accessories.
The Villages has been referred as "Disney for Adults". Why not come
and see for yourself. There are over 30 free golf courses (only fee
would be trail fee if you use a golf cart). Take a dip in any of the
40+ pools or dance under the stars every night of the week.

This ranch home is fully furnished including king size bed in master and queen in guest,  washer, dryer, linens, kitchenware, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, VCR, and TV's.

Also includes  internet service.  Golf car available (see rates below)

There is a non-refundable $50 processing fee payable to The Villages
for temperory I.D.'s.

Security Deposit: refundable security deposit due with reservation:
$500 for monthly rental. $250 for weekly rental
Rates include: Florida State and local taxes, basic cable tv; local
telephone calls; water; trash pick up; The Villages amenity fee;
electricity and gas.
