Vacation Rental Description

Colonial Country Club is a beautiful, new 780 acre gated community.  
Conveniently located to I-75(exit 136) and close to SW Florida  
International Airport (10 minute drive),Gulf beaches, shopping  
centers and outlet malls. 
 
This convenient ground floor lakefront 2 bedroom with 2 bath condo  
is a gem! The kitchen is fully equiped, has upgraded appliances,  
includes a very cute eating area and a breakfast bar.  The  
countertops are Corian. The master bedroom has a king size bed and  
the second bedroom has a pull out queen sleeper sofa.  The 2nd  
bedroom also can also be set up as an office for those needing to  
get a little work done while on vacation.  The condo is tiled with  
carpet in the bedrooms. It is elegantly decorated and looks brand  
new! Enjoy breath taking sunsets, a large tiled lanai & covered  
parking. Located close to two community pools and tennis courts.

Vacation Rental Amenities

An 18 hole championship golf course designed by Gordon G. Lewis  
winds through the community. The golf fees not included in the  
rental amount, but you have preferencial treatment as a guest of the  
club for a nominal fee.  A complete pro shop, tennis shop &  
fitness center, as well as, a beautiful club house with an excellent  
restaurant and dining facility are at the center of the community. 
 
Colonial Country Club also offers a wide variety of activities for  
guests of all ages. The Country club offers activities such as Art  
Classes, Tap Dance Class, Spanish Classes, Dance Class and Self- 
Defense Class. There are also a wide array of clubs, from card clubs  
such as Ladies and Partners Bridge, Poker, Pinochle and Mah Jongg to  
Book Clubs, a Needle Nuts Club, and a Theatre Group.  
 
Several swiming pools are within the development, you can find one  
within walking distance. 10 tennis courts (8 lighted) are placed  
througout the community. Paved walking & biking paths meander  
through the community. BBQ areas provided throughout the community.
